Why You Need A Branded Space

With the ever growing competition in the job market, it becomes increasingly vital to create a work environment that not only attracts but retains top employees. Each year companies spend thousands of dollars towards marketing through social media, print ads, etc but more often than not they forget the most important channel of all.....YOUR WORKPLACE!

A branded space not only creates an uplifting and positive work environment but helps to relay a clear and consistent brand message to your team and clients. We believe that a person should be able to walk into your space and instantly begin to understand your company culture and its story. This is achieved through a cohesive design between furniture and branding. It may sound strange, but these two work hand in hand to create incredible workplaces; without one, the other just seems incomplete.

So where do you start? The first step is to take a good long look in the mirror and evaluate your current culture and work environment. Do departments interact as you had hoped? Is there high employee turnover? Are you happy with the current company culture or would you choose to make changes if you could? It's these tough questions that lay the building blocks to designing a successful space. Through furniture design we are able to shift a company’s culture, mold the way departments interact or simply create a more uplifting and productive environment.

I know what your thinking, "branded environments are only for the Google's of the world". That couldn't be further from the truth! Whether your moving into your first 1,000 sq ft office or buying a 4 story building, branding your space is equally as important. We work with start ups and early entrepreneurs to help them implement a growth strategy and design concept early on. This helps them to save money down the road as well as ensures that their company’s culture and design stays intact while the company grows.
